Owensboro first attracted Geocachers in the summer of 2020 with the kick-off of a GeoTour, then again in 2021 with MOGA Mega Event, and yet again in 2023 with GeoWoodstock. The city, county, and region have fallen in love with the Geocaching community and have come together to invite every back again in 2024 for a Geocaching Summer Picnic!

Our goal is to provide a fun, down-to-earth, family-friendly, Geocaching Vacation that is packed full of activities and memorable experiences that all lead up to the Geocaching Picnic on Saturday where we can come together, enjoy a bite to eat, and just hang out.
